Marketing Specialization Students Visited Taj
The marketing specialization students of batch 2015-2017 visited the Hotel “Taj Mahal Palace” Mumbai on the 20th of September with the purpose of exploring the strategic business orientation of Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Taj Mahal Palace Besides the impeccable hospitality that it offers, it is also a shining example of services marketing catering to the highest echelons of customer expectations.
The students were given an extensive tour of the impressive property and the various functional aspects of the services offered were discussed at length. The interaction with Ms. Nisha Daghe Director Public Relations, Taj Mahal palace, Mumbai highlighted the aspects important for services industry in general & issues specific to Taj. Ms. Adya Khandige Manager Learning and Development at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai explained how internal customers are very basics of service organization, she also explained that how with changing times Taj has embraced the changes.
The visit proved to be fruitful as the students got a definite value-add in terms of their knowledge & exposure.
