Inquizitive 3.0 Report

24th January 2020.

SIIB’s student activity club, Sparsh, held its annual flagship quiz competition, Inquizitive 3.0 on the 24th of January 2020. The event saw huge participation from the students of Batch 2019-21 and Batch 2018-20. Inquizitive 3.0 was a quiz competition held across three days which comprised of three short-listing rounds. The round was an online quiz given by the students in teams of two. The qualifying teams further went on to play the crossword puzzle challenge which tested the business acumen of the participants. The last and final round saw the top five teams fight for the coveted prize and title of winners of Inquizitive 3.0. The event commenced with the Director of SIIB, Dr. Asmita Chitnis, addressing the audience and motivating everyone to participate in such events. Next, the quiz started with the first round of “Pinpoint the dots” which had the teams guessing about the common relation between three pictures. Being an elimination round, only the top three teams, ATOM, Team Roomies and Team Trailblazers qualified for further rounds. The next round, “Pehchaan Kaun?”, comprised of audio-video clips, from which the teams had to guess the name of the company. The last and final round was a “Rapid Fire” where the three teams were to give the maximum number of correct answers to win the competition. An audience question-answer round was also held post this to check the quiz-quotient of the students which turned out to be highly interactive and engaging. Finally, Team Roomies with the highest cumulative score won the title of being the winners of Inquizitive 3.0 and Team Trailblazers came in the second position. Overall, the event was a fun and learning experience for everyone and as they say “You don’t lose, you only learn!”.
