In today’s dynamic business world, emotional intelligence is often used as a predictor of success of employees. It has even been argued that EQ precedes IQ when it comes to selecting potential recruits in a firm. Often defined as the ability to identify and manage your emotions as well as the emotions of others, emotional intelligence plays a huge role in creating a vibrant workplace.
