Short Synopsis of the Workshop:

On 17th July, the students of MBA International Business 2020-2022 batch witnessed an intriguing guest lecture convened by Mr. Astik Ranade, Partner, Heidrick & Struggles. In his speech, Mr. Astik spoke about "How to Market yourself: Maximizing influence to win".

Mr. Astik spoke about the hot skills needed for the future jobs. He enlightened the students on how to maximize influence in the workplace at various levels. He also gave his insight on the importance of productive networking through his unique life experiences which further helped the students to understand the importance of creating conversation and how to network with different people. He also emphasized on the need to become a good conversationalist rather than being a speaker. Sir, also spoke about the importance of creating conversation and how that is a very important element wile networking. He concluded the lecture with an interactive Q&A session and solving the doubts of students about the session.
