Write up for the competition – Dhurina- Best Manager held at MANAGE, Hyderabad
Ayush Khandelwal the student of MBA- Agribusiness, SIIB batch 2017-19, secured first prize in the national level Best Manager competition held at National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad. The competition had 6 rounds which were case study, general quiz, aptitude test, financial test, business idea presentation and situational interview respectively and had eliminations at each stage. There were 160 participants initially and out of them 4 made up to the final round. All the rounds were judged by the panel from the sponsor company, Coromandel International. The knowledge which I gained in my graduation, work experience and MBA acted as a leverage for me. Overall the competition was enriching and helped me in improving my skill set and personal development.
