IGNISENSE
Exuberance Infinite is the annual flagship cultural, management and sports event of Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB) Pune. The saga of three days was nothing short of an extravaganza, unleashing and unravelling the hidden creator, the mastermind, the composer and the artist beneath us. We brought talent from all across India at one symposium manifesting their virtuosity and finesse. We diverged from the critical path, converged with the creative path and indulged into the brilliance of the budding Fashion Designer Shalaka Pandit, splurged into the symphony of Harrdy Sandhu, grooved to the rhythm of the DJ MKSHFT and danced with the 13.13 Dance crew.
A B-school event, Ignisense hosted five management events namely, “Thousand Faces”, “The Imitation Game”, “The Capitalist”, “Prastaav” and “Synergy” commencing from 12th January 2018 to 14th January 2018. Participants arrived from various cities and colleges across India such NMIMS Mumbai, S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research Mumbai, SIBM Bangalore and many more. Here’s an overview describing each of the management events:
Thousand Faces - An event which gives one the opportunity to prove their mettle as a multi-faceted manager and who is ready to conquer the corporate roadblocks paving the way.
The Imitation Game - A unique platform which tests one’s decision making, strategic thinking, financial and market analytic skills and also, where one has to be prepared to take on comprehensive decisions.
The Capitalist - A lifetime opportunity for all the aspiring Warren Buffet-s. It is the place where one had to prove that he/she is equally street smart and technologically sharp.
Prastaav - A national level B-Plan competition, a platform to challenge your entrepreneurship skills and the best stage to bring out the Entrepreneur amongst aspiring individuals.
Synergy - An event for the emerging managers to fight amongst the best in sustainable development in the country and come up with an innovative solution to help us build a synergized future.
Apart from the management events described above, Ignisense 2018 also conducted cultural events such as mentioned below:
Reverb - Essentially, a war of bands, Reverb proved as the perfect arena for all the talented and energetic musical masters who wished to compete against the best of the best with the team “Manzar” winning the competition as hosted on the 12th of January 2018.
Panache - The ultimate fashion pageant conducted on the 12th of January 2018, displaying the finesse of a professional, Ms. Shalakha Pandit, Panache stood out to be the ultimate fashion couture paradise.
Futsal - No event is complete without a sport, and therefore, Ignisense delivered a football tournament in association with FC Pune City held on 14th of January 2018 and witnessed spectacular energy from all the 10 teams with the team “Modern” bagging the much coveted trophy.
DAY ONE
The cultural fiesta began on 12th January as Harrdy Sandhu’s performance mesmerized the jam-packed audience whereas Panache – the Fashion show grabbed eyeballs.
DAY TWO
The DJ night came alive with some fabulous foot tapping numbers belted out by DJ MKSHFT and splendid dance performances by 13.13 and I-beats. The event also witnessed ‘war of bands’ and performances by our very own ’Richman & Co.’
DAY THREE
Ignisense 2018 ended with ‘Futsal’ event wherein teams sweated it out for the ultimate sporting glory.
