Scholarly Interests and Expertise:
Research interests are primarily in the field of ‘Organizational Behaviour’, specifically in the context of gender, leadership, emotional intelligence, personality and ethical behaviour.

Research Projects and Consultancy :

  • Designed a psychometric tool for Praj intrapresneurship award for identifying exemplary  ‘intrapreneurs’ across various organizations (2013) and selected nominations for the same based on this tool.
